Due to the digital nature of our products, purchases are generally non-refundable once the digital product has been accessed or downloaded, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
If you experience a technical issue, receive a defective file, are charged more than once, or are otherwise entitled to a refund under applicable law, please contact us so the issue can be reviewed.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for purchases made through our website. Where applicable, refunds are processed through Paddle in accordance with Paddle’s Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
For consumers in jurisdictions  that provide a statutory right of withdrawal, those rights remain unaffected.
